25 January 2007Finally got around to posting at least something on my blog lately. I am the biggest complainer that I don’t have enough time to do the things I need to do and now I am in crunch time to either to the work myself or hire someone. So when you are a consultant and you have more work than you can handle, you can always farm it out. on the other hand, if you keep it in-house - or should I say “in body,” then you get all of the benefit. On the other hand, if I can’t keep up with my clients, I am going to lose them. I guess that is the difference between a consultancy and a company.
